Project Delivery

This happened to me when I subcontracted an English to Spanish translation. To my horror, "project delivery" had been translated as "el parto del proyecto"!

(The word parto in Spanish refers to what happens in a hospital delivery room when a new baby is born!)

Project miscarriage...

That's a really funny translation. I hope your project delivery went well and that you are the proud parent of a successful translation. However, if that e-mail is an indication of the subcontracted translator's skills, I am guessing you faced some complications in the delivery room and had to perform an emergency intervention...
