Health freak

I used to teach translation in Ukraine, and once my students had a task to translate a number of English idioms/set phrases into Ukrainian... The funniest mistake I remember was a translation of the phrase "health freak". My student just guessed what it could mean, and translated it like "an ugly, but healthy person". Well, at least she tried to bring some justice into this world!
