Giggles in the Toilet

Message on a toilet door...
I would have never imagined two summers ago when I couldn't help taking a photograph of the sign posted on the door of the toilet of an exquisite restaurant in the exclusive Jureré International, one of the unforgettable spots in the city of Florianópolis in Brasil, that I was going to use it in this way!
I had to call in my sister in law who was on holiday with me, and is a native English speaker, to share the laugh; and glad I had taken my camera with me I didn't hesitate to take this picture home, even if I didn't know what for.
Of course, my 'teacher gut' made me go out of the toilet directly to the people at the reception desk and very elegantly tell them there had been a slight mistake in the translation of the sign and that probably nobody would eventually understand what to do with the paper... They gratefully thanked me and one of them recalled somebody else had told them something about it before.
It seems they were very proud of their sign as they didn't show any immediate intentions to correct it.
I am delighted now that I can share this bit with you, who as lovers of words as I feel, will be able to enjoy the subtleties of these lines.
