IdiomasTel.: +39.0545.61272 Website: Idiomas.itThis Italian-based agency offers translation, interpretation, graphic design, and desktop publishing services in "all" languages. According to their website, areas of specialization include technical documentation and manuals, contracts, and marketing documents, among others. The translation project workflow detailed on the Idiomas website includes a stylistic check of the document by a separate editor. The website does not specify if their quality control process includes an accuracy check of the translation against the original document. For clients who are not the end users of the translations they order, Idiomas offers the service of dealing, on the client's behalf, with the end users in order to ensure their satisfaction with the translation. This service includes multilingual correspondence in English, French, German, and Spanish (our guess is that they also supply this service in Italian, although it is not specified on their website). Idiomas's published client lists includes a number of Italian companies, such as Lombardini (producer of diesel engines) and Promhotels Riccione (Riccione Hotel owners' cooperative).
